Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly graphic elements for our website, including banners, product imagery, and other visual content

  • Create marketing materials for various channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements

  • Enhance the overall user experience through designs that reflect and strengthen our brand identity

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and translate them into impactful visual content

  • Ensure consistency across all designs and maintain adherence to brand guidelines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an e-commerce environment

  • Strong skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or similar tools

  • A refined sense of aesthetics with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams

  • A portfolio showcasing previous design projects

Grace & Lily’s Boutique is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our London store. In this role, you will provide personalised advice and ensure every customer enjoys a welcoming and memorable shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers warmly and provide personalised styling advice

  • Assist customers in finding the right size and fit, ensuring they feel confident and comfortable

  • Maintain an inviting store presentation, keeping all displays neat and elegant

  • Support daily store operations, including restocking and operating the till

  • Answer customer enquiries and deliver excellent service, both in-store and over the phone

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably within the fashion industry

  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and attentive attitude

  • A genuine passion for fashion and a good sense of style

  • Ability to offer tailored advice and create a personalised shopping experience
